VACANCY : RESOURCE PLANNING MANAGER

Responsibilities :

•   Overseeing all areas of activities pertaining to resource planning.
•   Benchmark and implement best practices that help set standards and drive the resource planning process for the company.
•  Provides strategic analysis, consultation and support to business divisions to assess, evaluate, project and address resource planning needs.
•  Provides flexible, innovative, and agile resource solutions that meet the labour demands of the organization.

Requirements :

VACANCY : ACCOUNTANT (GROUP REPORTING)

3 MONTHS + 3 MONTHS CONTRACT

SALARY : BELOW RM7000

Responsibilities : 

• The Accountant is responsible for delivering accounting function reporting for the company and providing support to Finance teams.
• The Accountant ensures that the financial data is recorded and reported in accordance to the Company's policy, International Financial Reporting Standards and Statutory regulations.

GL & Group Reporting :

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and group reporting on a timely basis, and ensure accurate reporting in accordance with Finance Standards and Practices.
• Perform analytical review for the assigned entity; identify, research, and explain variances.
• Resolve any issue on timely basis.
• Resolve business groups and corporate queries on general accounting and reporting issues on timely basis.
• Perform monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.

Statutory Reporting & Direct tax :

• Prepare all aspects of financial statements including all supporting schedules (Audit lead schedules, audit schedules, Statutory Financial Statements & Directors Brief) & tax pack in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors & relevant parties, attending to audit and tax queries & ensure all responded on time 

Government reporting :

• Prepare all aspects of tax return submission.
• Liaise with relevant parties & ensure returns and reports submitted on time and accurately.
• Perform any ad-hoc reporting and analysis works to business units.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader / Accounting Manager
• Establish and maintain control procedures.

Requirements : 

• Degree in Accounting and/or recognised professional accounting qualification, e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA.
• A member with Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in accounting, preferably in Financial, Statutory and/or Group Reporting.
• Sound financial and management reporting knowledge.
• Have good working knowledge in various accounting disciplines.
• Good team player and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple/conflicting priorities with a strong track record of delivery against tight deadlines.
• Possess analytical skills and problem solving skills.
• Able to work independently
• Willing to work on odd shift hours during quarter end closes.
• Flexible and ability to adapt to change
• Experience in Statutory and/or Group Reporting in an MNC environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP accounting systems.
• Flexibility in working outside normal hours in support of global operations.

Responsibilities : 

• The Accounts Executive to support Finance activities. The Accounts Executive will support the Team Lead and Accountant to deliver services primarily in Reporting, Intercompany and Fixed Asset accounting within the Company Finance.
• Support Team Leads and Accountants for monthly accounts closing to ensure financial entries are captured correctly, submission deadline is met.
• Process Fixed Assets capitalisation and ensure compliance to Fixed Assets policies.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for balance sheet items.
• Help to establish and maintain control procedures and ensure the company’s Group standards and statutory requirements are met.
• Provide Support for completion of internal and external audit/monthly Survey.
• Support intercompany processes.
• Follow up and resolve outstanding items/issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements/standardization, and help to put into practice.
• Participate in ad hoc assignments/special projects as assigned.

Requirements :

• Degree in Accounting and/or recognised professional accounting qualification, e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA.
• Candidates in their final stage of ACCA or CIMA will also be considered.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in accounting, preferably in Financial, Statutory and/or Group Reporting.
• Good knowledge of current accounting standards and their applications with internal control experience.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English to perform essential job functions.

• To ensure timely and accurate recording of third party/intercompany supplier invoices into the Ledgers.
• To ensure that all invoices are approved appropriately and paid on time.
• To ensure adherence to the company's policies and procedures.
• To provide a helpdesk facility for any Accounts Payable queries from Outsourced Service Providers/suppliers/ businesses
• New Supplier Account Set ups and supplier Account Maintenance
• Invoice Posting to Accounts Payable system and checking
• Arranging and chasing the authorisation and coding of Accounts Payable invoices
• Running payment batches, automated and manual, of invoices to terms with Cash & Banking team
• Query Handling
• Deal with returned funds
• Raising/requesting of ad hoc payments
• Liaising with Outsourced Service Providers

Requirements :
