VACANCY : REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER


Responsibilities : 

  • Working with the Global Account Manager from Team in all contract related issues;
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with the Regional Contract Manager of the account, acting as a focal point for the account in the region and maintaining a good relationship with the regional HR service centre of the account;
  • Ensuring that the service delivery teams are working to agreed KPI’s and processes, both external and internal. This to be done through the management of the Client Services Manager;
  • To ensure that all regional activities are within the guidelines of the service agreement;
  • Working with our customer’s Regional Contract Manager in all matters relating to country specific requirements and scope of service;
  • Responsible for vendor management in the region, quality control and relationship building;
  • Profitability within the region, including cost analysis/control and on time invoicing;
  • Point of escalation for the account where an issue cannot be resolved at Client Services Manager level;
  • Recruitment of suitable front and back office staff as required;
  • To maintain and develop internal software tools in conjunction with the Global Account Manager and IT teams to streamline processes and internal/external reporting;
  • Possible travel required to country specific account locations to further the relationship, improve service delivery and manage country specific issues;
  • Assist country specific HR teams in finding resolutions for country specific issues.
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate / Professional Degree in Business Studies / Logistic / Transportation / Customer Services or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing service delivery teams, preferably in the Global Mobility Sector;
  • Proven leadership capacities and the ability to manage staff on all levels;
  • Ability to manage several tasks at the same time; service minded;
  • English both written and spoken is a must; one further language preferable;
  • Cultural awareness;
