Location : Singapore
Salary : SGD4000-SGD5000 per month

Job requirements :
  • Strong Systems Engineering experience (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Has working experience in Telco, data or voice products company
  • Installed and deployed complex systems/applications
  • Technically competent in the following areas:
  • Distributed computing and design
  • Strong Unix background (Solaris or Linux)
  • Large databases (Oracle a plus)
  • IP based Voice, Data, and Video Network design and architectures
  • IP Network protocols: TCP/IP, MPLS, RTP, SIP,IPTV protocols: IGMP, RTSP, VoD o Wireless Protocols: 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE
  • Professional service experience with Java, SOAP, Perl, or XML (a plus)
  • Familiar with network monitoring applications and/or test tools
  • High degree of knowledge of IP network design principles including VLAN implementation, subnetting, VLAN trunking, and inter-VLAN routing
  • Knowledge of VoIP network design and service delivery
  • Hands on implementation experience
  • Strong Savvy project manager
  • Capable of cross-selling products and services
  • Understands and is sensitive to customer business requirements

Job Responsibilities :
  • Deliver a variety of post sales services to new and existing customers including project management, implementation, best practices, related documentation deliverables, training, upgrades, add on and miscellaneous consulting services
  • Liaison with sales/SE team and Project Manager to ensure full understanding of the customer environment, solution sold and expectations of all parties
  • Coordinate services delivery with Principal Operations and the customer to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Work closely with corporate administrative personnel and Project Management to ensure scheduling of all service deliverables happens includes regular progress reporting and flagging issues/delays
  • Ensure acceptance testing of systems or custom solutions is completed according to customer and contract requirements, and that the sign off of associated paper work occurs in a timely manner
  • Systematic for documenting and tracking all service delivery activities and any related customer issues
  • Fully document every new customer implementation and provide with a training overview of the customer’s deployment
  • Work with CSE/PM to resolve any product issues discovered during implementation and be the customer’s advocate
  • Provide post implementation onsite trouble shooting assistance in support of the CSE team
  • Assist with demo system
  • Assist Solution Engineers with Proof of Concept deployments
  • Back up for other service delivery teams
