Responsibilities :
-Manage delivery of successful solutions to resourcing issues through the Resourcing and Recruitment Team.
- Manage recruitment resources to deliver accurate, cost effective and timely support to the business, meeting recruitment performance targets.
- Provide value add by applying functional knowledge, experience and judgement to achieve solutions which support delivery of cost effective, accurate and timely transactions.

Requirements :
- University / Business School or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong personal integrity
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Experience in team management
