VACANCY : FINANCIAL ANALYST – EMPLOYEE EXPENSE REPORTING

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for monitoring third party travel services partner and coordination with assigned affiliates
• Build Expense Reporting process understanding
• Participate in assigned projects
• Prepare required reports and analyses

Requirements :

• Accounting/Business/Finance degree or equivalent
• 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience (employee expenses, travel expenses) in a multinational, ideally in a shared service environment
• Knowledge of procurement and P2P processes together with the associated internal control requirements
• Experience in relationship management and managing third party vendors / service providers
• General business / functional knowledge
• Experience with SAP is a distinct advantage
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to develop good relationships with various levels of personnel
• Demonstrate interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Asian language skills would be an advantage
