This job is required to manage customer orders, planning of customers demand, determining the stock level required to service our customers and ensuring proper planning to prevent any stock out/over stock situation.
It also requires coordination on transport and distribution of the goods to the main warehouse. It will require negotiation with suppliers to obtain the best price for the company. This job function will also be responsible for distribution centre management which encompasses dealing with freight forwarder, management of distribution centre and keeping stock level at distribution centre to a minimum level while ensuring meeting the required customer service level.
