VACANCY : PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities :

• Supervise includes plan, organize, direct and control shift production activities and manpower requirement to meet production objective (Safety, Quality, Service & Cost). Plan and coordinate the workflow on production floor to achieve production output targets according to set schedules and quality standards.
• To implement production control to ensure quality products are produced on time for delivery.
• Ensure that all operators handling tools and machines are properly trained, constantly improve their skills in performance their job. Besides, develop and inculcate quality awareness and teamwork among all the production employees.
• Lead yield improvement to achieve breakthroughs in productivity and quality that bring cost savings and process improvements to company.
• Collaborating with production staff to investigate, analyze and plan / implement effective actions to address manufacturing process changes that involve engineering and maintenance consideration.
• Prepare daily operation report such as issue Production Order, material Issues & confirmation of production output.
• Upkeep and maintain good manufacturing practices and ensure safety practices according to company guidelines. Also to maintain good housekeeping for production area.
• To co-operate with various departments for company assignment and projects perform any other tasks that given from superior.

Requirements :

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Manufacturing Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in production operation control, and able to lead a team of production staffs.
• Good communication skills in spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Exposed in SAP, ISO, OHSAS will be an added advantage. Willing to work on rotation shift as and when required.
