VACANCY : CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Responsibility :
• To meet customers'/markets' requirements and expectations (whether ad hoc, urgent orders and etc) in terms of timely delivery, volume, meeting all specifications at the lowest cost possible while complying with all business in a very dynamic business environment.
• To work cohesively with various departments, internally and/or externally to achieve overall objectives. Correlation of activities and information, especially with Production Plants is essential to provide and advise respective customers/markets of the final confirmed shipment plans for each current cycle.
• Application and usage of SAP & Advance Planning Optimizer (APO) for every functional activities related to meeting/fulfilling customers'/markets' requirements/orders and it's essential to work with SAP. Most importantly must have good understanding of SAP, knowledge especially in Supply Network Planning (SNP), Transport Load Builder (TLB), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and supplementary knowledge of Inventory Management (IM) and Forecast-to-Stock (F2S) modules in order to be compliant to GRM and most importantly for visibility and tracebility purposes.

Requirements :
• Posses a Degree in Business Studies, Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in dealing with overseas clients export oriented environment and also in the planning process of FMCG industry.
• Able to speak and write English well and must be computer literate. SAP knowledge would be advantageous.
