VACANCY : CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities : 
  • Manage order entries and their entire processing for the entire worldwide customer base using all means of communication including fax, letters, e-mail and telephone.
  • Plans, manages, co-ordinates and monitors all customer Purchase Orders during the entire Manufacturing Process.
  • Has an interactive role in supporting the sales representative network with documentation and quotes as well as assisting the Product Management efforts in establishing Forecast.
  • Proactively manage an optimal level of inventory to support the business.
  • General Correspondences with Customers, Reps , sister companies and Corporate 
Requirements : 
  • Diploma with 3 or more years experience in Customer Service or Degree with 2 or more years experience in Customer Service.
  • General computer experience/knowledge required. Proficient in use of Microsoft windows ( i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • Will be required to work very closely with Sales, Planning, Customer Service at other sites, Manufacturing and Product Management to meet organizational objectives.
