VACANCY : BILLING SUPPORT OFFICER

Responsibilities :
  • Support the execution of processes, related to Billing, in accordance with SLA’s, aiming to achieve the planned objectives/targets for the Billing operation.
  • Recommend and provide user support with regards to setting up/process improvement testing and implementing systems and processes.
  • Facilitate and maintain Billing project cycle in all aspects (e.g. help outline the needs, design and build tools.
  • Stimulate the improvement of processes in Billing Operation, in order to contribute to increased efficiency, completeness and quality of the operation.
  • Monitor and assists service calls and business partner issue log to ensure closure as per agreed timeline. These includes monitoring of adhoc requests from business partners.
  • Contribute as a “Business Expert” in regional/global projects.
  • Able to work on an evening shift.
  • Ability to support all operational support for projects system changes and deployment/enhancement
  • Support to sustain and professionalize all billing service reviews with business partners from regions
  • Support all mandatory system trainings and refresher courses relative to system functionality 
Requirements :
  • Degree Holder or equivalent by experience3-5 years experience in a finance/SSC environment.
  • 2-4 years experience with supervising and motivating employees.
  • Possess Excellent Analytical Skills/ Problem Solving
  • Good knowledge of billing principle
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows as end user
  • Good Customer Orientation
  • Commitment to Excel
  • Project experience
  • Technical skills: good understanding of processes and familiar with setting up / implementing systems.
  • Taking Direction & Responsibility
  • Language skills: fluent in English (Oral & Spoken)
