VACANCY : PROMOTER GIRL MANAGER

Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and manage an operation plan and standard operating procedures including performance criteria for better management, control and deployment of Promoter Girls teams in the sales regions.
  • Assess market competitive compensation practices vis-à-vis the company’s competitive position in developing remuneration programs to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices
  • Analyse prevailing wage rates and government regulations to develop competitive compensation plan.
  • Keep abreast of external environment for emerging trends and best practices and advise Management as and when appropriate.
  • Develop and manage performance standard and measurement criteria for Promoter Girls
  • Identify and implement new ways of working to improve performance that will meet company’s objectives and ensure efficient service delivery and sales.
  • Manage training budget, develop and implement training plans as appropriate to Promoter Girls in the sales regions
  • Advise, coach and support Area Sales Managers and PG Team Leaders on management of Promoter Girls to ensure they are managed efficiently and effectively and in accordance with company’s practices.
  • Perform quarterly audit on Promoter Girls’ performance throughout the country
  • Recommend appropriate uniforms for Promoter Girls and ensure that all sales regions implement the approved uniforms
  • Identify and implement grooming classes for Promoter Girls
Requirements: 
  • Minimum diploma, preferably University degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in FMCG environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Goal oriented and street smart.
  • Knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and government regulations would be an advantage
  • High influencing, networking and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide leadership, coaching, motivation through constructive performance reviews
  • Proficient in written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Written & Spoken Mandarin and other dialects would be an added advantage
  • Competent in Microsoft software applications
