Responsibilities :
• Primarily responsible for developing & maintaining the performance management reporting environment, participate in re-engineering projects with a major impact on performance measurement and advice the senior-and middle managers on the KPI and ABC analyses performed.
• Develop new reporting out of the source systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and in line with business requirements, with focus on automation.
• Maintain the Performance Management databases and related reporting tools, based on downloads from source systems to Access or SQL server.
• Develop and maintain Performance Management reporting based on downloads from source systems to Access and/or SQL server.
• Liaise with the IS function for any problems and issues with the technical infrastructure and the data downloads from the source systems (Oracle, SAP, NBR, etc.).
• Prepare, present and analyze day-to-day operational management information reflecting the performance of the service lines/clusters against their monthly targets.
• Prepare, present and analyze on an accurate basis and within the agreed timetables, overall Key Performance Indicators and Activity Based Costing- and other statistics for the SSC and the service lines/clusters.
• Give advice to the service line senior and middle managers on how to interpret and use the management information to increase the performance in their areas of responsibility.
• Perform month-end reconciliations between the reporting databases and the source systems and resolve any reconciliation issues.
• Develop new reports and prepare additional ad hoc analysis in specific areas based on requests from the service lines/clusters, Business Partners and/or Regional departments (e.g. BPO).
• Produce comprehensive manuals and work instructions related to performance management (i.e. requests for new reports, MIS maintenance, etc)
• Initiate new KPI measurements on the basis of extensive reporting analysis
• Provide operational guidance, assistance and on-the-job training to colleagues and recommend process improvements to the team leader.
• Organize and chair regular service review meetings with Business Partners, to discuss service performance of service lines.
• Organize annual review of the SLA service items/levels and maintain the SLA database.
Requirements :
• Higher professional education or equivalent by experience
• 3-5 years of experience as a performance / business analyst
• Valid experience within the service lines is a plus System knowledge: good knowledge of SAP, Oracle, J.D. Edwards, Doxis, NBR and SIR applications a.o., SQL server , Microsoft Visual Studio and data extraction tools like Oracle Discoverer and Business Objects
• PC skills: excellent knowledge of Excel and Access. Good skills of Word and Powerpoint
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good written and verbal English proficiency
