Responsibilities :
• To provide technical application support for the area of
- Directing the establishment of a continually improving IT application and associated services
- To run Implementation programmes and projects
- Provision for security, availability, resilience and performance
- Providing advice and recommendations on the selection of applications and software
- Identifying and evaluating technologies for the delivery of appropriate IS services to the business
- Documentation for all application development and deployment
• To work with HelpDesk for issues resolutions
Requirements :
• Diploma/Degree in IT related qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience Communication skills (English), spoken and written (excellent)
• Technical competent in PC hardware/software and application development using the required programming tools (VB, dot Net, SQL/Access database etc)
• Experience in IT application support (development and maintenance)
• Problem solving skills
