Responsibilities :
• Assist in general office building management
• Ordering, receiving & distribution of office supplies such as stationeries, pantry supplies, etc
• Creating Purchase Requisition and coordinate with Procurement on all purchases
• Assist in updating report for actual consumption of office supplies, utilities, open PO transactions
• Follow-up with vendors on outstanding deliveries and invoices
• Maintaining & updating of agreements (SLA, rental, etc) in system.
• Coordinating travel & accommodation arrangement
• Batching of duly approved documents/invoices for Ops team to proceed with invoice capturing & payments
• Upkeep of storage room at all locations
• Coordinating staff claims and ensure timely submission to service provider
• Performing Goods Receipt Note (GRN) for goods/services received/rendered.
• Assist in managing third parties service providers by ensuring office maintenance and repair are carried out per agreed schedules & service level
• Building Management
Requirements :
• University Degree or Diploma in Business Administration
• At least 2 years of relevant working experiences
• Has good knowledge in Ms Office applications and tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good written and verbal English proficiency
