Responsibilities :
• General office building management such as insurance policy renewal, rental agreement, utilities payment, building facilities, office renovation, car parking allocation, etc
• Work closely with respective team to identify and implement office admin related cost saving initiatives
• Order & managing inventories of office supplies such as stationeries, pantry supplies, etc
• Managing Purchase Order & Requisition (PR/PO) processes and liaise with Procurement for quotation of purchases
• Prepare periodical report for actual consumption of office supplies, utilities, open PO transactions
• Perform accounting duties such as GRIR reconciliation and follow-up on outstanding items, updating vendor maintenance form, etc
• Designs filling system for agreements (SLA, rental, etc) and ensure timely update of the systems.
• Assist in leading office Safety Committee in implementing safety measures at workplace. Also, ensure timely update of approved safety policy & procedure.
• Ensuring all travel & purchases are arranged and transacted according to Company’s policy & procedure
• Preparing or coordinating with Company Secretary (Boardroom Services) to prepare the directors' resolution, members' resolution, filling of APSSC annual returns and audited accounts.
Requirements :
• University Degree or Diploma in Business Administration
• At least 2 years of relevant working experiences
• Has good knowledge in Ms Office applications and tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good written and verbal English proficiency
