Responsibilities:
• To prepare, organise and conduct training to various operations department
• To come up with training materials based on best practises recommended by Business Unit and new processes and procedures set up by Business Unit or country team
• To prepare weekly, monthly and yearly training schedule for operations departments located across the country
• To work with Service Quality / Industrial Engineer closely on retraining based on refine processes and procedures
• To conduct new hire and refresher training for operations on a scheduled basis and training based on standard operating procedures (SOP) set up for new account by the Industrial Engineer.
• To work closely with Human Resource department in developing and conducting functional training.
• To develop and refine work instruction for various operations department.
• All others training related functions.
• Analyse department training and development requirements and needs of employees in line with business needs and goals in order to develop and improve relevant training programmes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and quality of all training and development programmes and initiatives so that investments can be measured, in order to improve the quality of programmes and tailor to the needs of the business and employees
• Manage training with regard to records and database, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information can be provided as required by the organisation.
• Manage the Performance Management Process (PMP) in order to safeguard the quality, timeliness and professional execution of the PMP cycle.
Requirements:
• Degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Education or training related discipline
• 1-2 years experience as a trainer in a MNC organisation.
• Familiar with conducting classroom and field training
• Fluency in English and local language.
