VACANCY : SERVICE QUALITY ANALYST

Responsibilities :
 
• To accurately perform analysis and to provide the information to relevant parties, so as to ensure all controllable failures to be eliminated ultimately
• To support the service performance for Malaysia by using all related tools, i.e. Ops Datamart, Daily & Weekly Reporting tools, etc
• To provide service performances to all related branches, associates and agents and to drive for further improvement by providing assistance and analysis
• To ensure all related status codes are updated and reflected in the system within the specific time frame
• To assist the superior in and other departments with specific tasks when needed, which help to achieve the overall goals more effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree Holder preferable with industrial engineering
• One year experience working in the same line of business i.e courier, transportation, freight forwarding
• Fluency in English
• Fluent with the usage of Microsoft Excel
