Responsibilities :
• Responsible for ensuring office, warehouse and company personnel and property are adequately protected, and introduce and enforce security regulations to that effect.
• Manage the maintenance/repair of building and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition at all times
• Manage 3rd party security guards and conduct frequent inspection of premises to ensure all security equipment are in good working order
• Enforce and audit that security procedures are observed
• Ensure safeguards to prevent theft of stock and other company property
• Manage schedule of preventive maintenance on equipment and building
• Ensure breakdown of equipment and property defects are promptly attended to
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma In Engineering / Security Operations.
• Minimum 5 years experience in managing facility maintenance / security operations in larger corporation.
• Possession of a relevant chargeman competency certificate is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
