Responsibilities:
- Review new customer application and existing customer accounts. Perform credit analysis – financial and non- financial data to determine and propose credit limit and securities.
- Control, update and monitor customer information / database.
- Periodic review of collection status and AR portfolio. Visit customers with the collection team from time to tome
- Handle queries in a timely professional manner and resolve disputes and reconciliation of account by maintaining good communication and coordination with cross functional parties and external customers.
- Review and attend to all sales orders on credit hold in a timely manner.
- Initiate and lead internal projects or programs to provide operational excellence to the company.
- Compile and analyze data.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics
- Min 3-5 years in Credit Risks or Collection environment, with minimum 2 years as Team Leader.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Possess high work commitment, be self supervised and able to work under pressure in a highly demanding environment.
