Responsibilities :
- Handling customers visiting to salon, serving and attending them with the highest level of welcoming service and experience
- Performing beautician services to customers and ensure excellence quality & effective result
- Handling incoming calls, effective in arranging appointments for customers
- Explain clearly the treatment, products and any instructions, provide good advice to customers with the objective of building customer
- Continuously follow up customer's record according to company's procedure and policies to honour the company's part of the deal to maintain customer's treatment progress
- Providing consultancy advice to customers on product and services with objective of getting them to become regular customers
- Handle customer's complaints courteously and if unable to resolve refer to Branch Manager
- Provide range of treatments as per training, using correct techniques, equipment and timeframe
- Pursue personal development skills and knowledge necessary for effective treatment(s)
- Prepare and set up treatment room, clean equipments etc
- Demonstrates compliance with health and safety equipment at the work place
- Maintain up to date knowledge of and work in compliance with relevant Policies and Procedures
- Perform other assignment/task as and when required
Requirements :
- Completed High School Hospitality / Beauty School CIDESCO/CIBTAC/MLVK
- Employment or work experience in similar industry for minimum 3 years and above
- Motivated and energetic
- Well groomed
- Presents as confident and pleasant in dealings with people
- Technical proficiency in therapy skills with good sales ability
- Sound spoken English, other languages will be an advantage
- Highly motivated, eager to learn
