Technical Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

• To provide technical infrastructure support for the area of :
› Directing the establishment of a continually improving computer network and associated services
› To run Implementation programmes
› Provision for security, availability, resilience and performance
› Providing advice and recommendations on the selection of network related hardware and software
› Identifying and evaluating technologies for the delivery of appropriate IS services to the business
› Documentation for all infrastructure deployment
• To work with HelpDesk for issues resolutions
• Contract negotiation, problem escalation, etc.
• To ensure that Service Level Agreements for all services provided to Business Partners are met.
• To ensure all IT systems complies to company standards.
• Career/Role development/Expected next roles : IT Head / IT Support Team Leader

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in IT related qualifications
• 2-3 years of working experience
• Good communication skills (English), spoken and written (excellent)
• Technical competent in PC hardware/software and PABX systems.
• Experience in IT support (voice and data)
• Problem solving skills
