Responsibilities:
• Provide HR administrative support for all aspects of HR Services
• Assist HR business partner/s on administrative matters
• Assist and to support all aspects of HR activities – maintains employee files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of input in HR forms for all staff movements, etc
• Assist and support benefit claims administration eg insurance claims (GPA, GTL, Socso), including employee queries
• Coordinate and work with askHR/HRO on aspects “outsourced”, - particularly in area of employee records (HRIS), reporting, training and recruitment administration; as well as coordination of Induction Program and on-boarding welcome pack, e.g. new staff announcement
• Support the coordination of Employee Recognition Programs, e.g. Employee of Quarter/Year, Long Service Award, Staff Event, Recognition & Reward, etc; as well as staff events
• Provide administrative support to Employee Opinion Survey and other HR related surveys, if any
• Liaise with external service providers pertaining to submission of medical, flexi benefits and dental claims reimbursement; enrolment/ termination of new hires/resignees; and verify invoices received from the said service providers.
• Complete routine general administrative activities/tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist in all internal HR process improvement type initiatives eg employee data clean-up etc
• To be part of an efficient and effective team.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions.

Requirements :
• University Degree, Diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience with Diploma
• Has good knowledge in Ms Office applications and tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
• Positive attitude
• Good written and verbal English proficiency
