Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Generate financial and productivity reports and analysis to support management
• Prepare balance sheet analysis and ensure all accruals are duly provided
• Assist in preparation of Service Level Agreement (SLA) Recharge amount, billable FTE & volume of transactions processed by tasks.
• Generate Cost and Variance Analysis reports to support cost management in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and production of management reports.
• Assist in monthly reforecast for the year and/or next 12 months based on latest actual months results for each service line.
• Support the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Assist Manager in managing/monitoring of New Project Migrations costs & SLA recharge
• Assist in tracking of productivity / cost savings initiatives
• Assist in the compilation, analysis and submission of reports to Regional Office.
• Assist in Global Controlling initiatives roll-out or implementation

Requirements :

• Professionally qualified (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc) or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 2 - 4 years experience in accounting related areas
• Good analytical skills and detail oriented
• Good Communication skills (English, Mandarin), spoken and written
• Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Be able to work cooperatively with others to achieve group goals.
