HR Executive

Responsibilities :

• Assist with the entire HR spectrum in Group HR Department and ensure Business Units are in compliance with Group Policies & Procedures
• Liaise with all departments and business units on any matters related to HR and provide HR advisory services
• Manage entire spectrum of Recruitment, including drafting advertisement, interviewing, preparing proposals and generation of relevant documentation pertaining to recruitment
• Assist with coaching team members on HR improvements
• Assist Group HR Manager with reviewing company policies and procedures and drafting proposals for approval.
• Conduct market benchmark on benefits
• Coordinate documentation and administration of employees’ movements, including confirmation, extension / termination, resignations, transfer and / or other movements of staff and ensure relevant documents are completed timely
• Responsible for C&B role including analyses compensation surveys and obtains all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets and collate information and make recommendation for preliminary wage plan for salary increases, bonus and market adjustments.
• Assist Group HR Manager in initiating and implementing HR process improvements.
Requirements:
• Executive – Possess Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field with at least 2 to 3 years similar working experience as HR Generalist
• Well-versed with Labour Laws, Industrial Relations Law
• Proficient in spoken & written in English & Malay
• Computer literate and well verse with MS-Office (& Lotus – preferred, though not mandatory)
• Must possess high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Able to work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines
