Responsibilities :
• Responsible for all filing and data entry duties of HR related data and documentation
• Generation of HR related documentation
• Upkeep employee personal files and ensure records in HR system are updated promptly
• Prepare and issue all staff correspondences accurately in timely manner
• To assist with coordination and administration of recruitment activities
• To assist with checking of attendance and leave
• To assist with and manage benefits administration, including insurance claims and medical claims
• This is temporary for 6 months
Requirements:
• Possess SPM / STPM / Certificate in HR Management or related field with minimum 1 year related working experience
• Well-versed with Labour Laws, Industrial Relations Law
• Proficient in spoken & written in English & Malay
• Computer literate and well verse with MS-Office (& Lotus – preferred, though not mandatory)
• Must possess high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Able to work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines
