Zone Sales Administration Manager

Responsibilities :

• To oversee and undertake full responsibility of Sales Administrative function of SEAP Zone
• To ensure that it is in the most efficient and effective manner throughout the zone.
• Act as a strong business partner to support business teams and actively involve in monitoring of sales contracts. Close review of sales administration function and close collaboration with Group & selling entities’ responsible personnel.
• Manage overall improvement and management of Credit Control policy & process of the Zone (Life Cycle Management and equipments aging & provision)
• Play a significant role in overseeing Contract & Order intake in ensuring that the structure of deals/contracts and its contractual terms are in compliance of group & local requirement.
• Liase with Sales and Marketing team for close follow-up of potential business deals in the pipeline.
• Responsible for support and improvement of Account Receivables (India & Malaysia) process.

The responsibility shall include but not be limited to the above items.
The responsibility shall be reviewed based on the practical business requirement of company.

Requirements :

• Bachelor of Commercial/ Economics/ Finance or equivalent
• 5 years experience solid knowledge and relevant work experiences
• Leadership, drive and independant
• Business oriented and good business partner to Sales team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable to change
• Be able to work under time and workload pressure
• Good level of English
• Travel is needed
