Assistant Manager / Senior Quality Executive

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare and analyze reports relative to the QMS and business performance and recommend continuous improvement proposals for submission to the management team.
• Responsible for QMS and business process training and awareness programs and campaigns.
• Monitor to close the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and update upon confirmation of results.
• Work closely with the Management Team to coordinate the implementation activities which requires the involvement of other team members.
• Conducts risk assessment and monitor risks mitigation plans.
• Track corporate performance to ensure targets are met.
• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment to ISO9000 best practices).
• Continuously and proactively introduce best practices and facilitate process enhancements.

Requirements :

• At least Bachelor's Degree in IT/Business Administration or any related field.
• Experience in ISO9000 and TQM model.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in quality tools/ analytical tools.
• 4 years experience of business processes.
• Able to interact with all levels and lead discussions.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Self-motivated and result oriented.
• Knowledge of business process re-engineering.
• Knowledge of ISO27001 is an added advantage.
• Possess good co-ordination skills.
