Responsibilities:
• Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with company’s business strategy.
• To manage the marketing plan, department budget and department resources
• Liaising and building relationships with a range of stakeholders, e.g. Customers, suppliers and colleagues;
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
• Developing advertising opportunities, which can involve placing adverts in national, regional and specialist publications or on the radio (depending on the organization and the campaign);
• Maintaining and building contacts with the media;
• Coordination, writing and/or distributing press releases and announcements;
• Coordinating and managing the production of marketing materials
• To evaluate, design and implement regular and appropriate public relations initiatives to further promote the Company’s brand, image and social responsibility to the public at large.
• Implement new initiatives and new product launch to increase pipeline and sales opportunities
• Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness;
• Monitoring competitor activity;
• Managing, updating and organize up to date of marketing information for team access.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
