Responsibilities:
• Excel in all aspects of the business development & sales life-cycles of business application solutions sales (Products, On-Demand Solutions & BPO)
• Develop, implement & spearhead all new sales and business development activities in Malaysia and Singapore
• Responsible for managing/expanding the activity of existing customers and identification of new customers and opportunities to attain new business results
• Work with members of business development, operations and capture teams to develop winning solutions
• Support development of win strategies through competitive analysis, pricing analysis, teaming discussions and recommendations
• Establish and maintain a familiarity with client technology needs; familiarizes clients with the company's capabilities and solutions for the purpose of securing new business
• Responsible to plan, prioritize and manage sales activities and resource allocation in order to consistently attain financial and customer satisfaction goals across the assigned territory.
• Guide sales staff in acquiring knowledge of customers' businesses and competitive landscape and operational processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in related field preferred
• 8 years+ of related sales & business development software or business applications solutions experience essential
• 4 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity with P&L responsibilities.
• Experience working within a matrix management structure an advantage
• At least 5 years prior experience working with a leading multinational HR Consulting and IT vendor essential
• Strong communication skills needed to interface with high-level customer representatives
• Strong strategic management and planning skills
• Ability to publicly represent company with internal and external clients
• Ability to use own judgment and initiative in problem resolution
