Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Human Resource Management in the area of recruitment, manpower planning, compensation & benefits, payroll, performance management, training & development and employee communications and etc.
• Ensure recruitment and internal staff movements are in accordance with the Company's policy and ensure that Company needs are met
• To develop local relationships for sourcing candidates, uses the selection process, manages offer contracts and agreements, and provides induction to new hires.
• To stay abreast of compensation trends, use Grading System to identify pay ranges, work in collaboration with HQ Rewards & Benefits team on External Compensation benchmarks
• To manage annual salary increases, bonuses, promotions, transfers as well as termination and severance compensation.
• To implement & monitor benefit programs in line with the human resources strategy and market trends
• To manage employee recognition and rewards programs in support of service deliveries and KPIs.
• To support managers in application of performance management processes, handles conflicts in appraisals, ratings, and compensation.
• To provide guidance to managers, supervisors and employees on various human resources issues such as counseling on IR issues, disciplinary actions, grievances dealing with understaffing, firing employees etc. Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
• Handling disciplinary issues, staff counseling and other industrial/employee relation matters.
• To implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's business goals
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Possesses great communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with Management and staff at all levels.
• Required skill(s): General HR procedure, Talent Acquisition, Training Need Analyst, Resource Planning and HRM Planning.
• Familiar with Malaysia Labour Law and practices
• Required language(s): English, Chinese and Malay
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
