Responsibilities:
- Attending to customer’s telephone enquiries over a full range of consumer financial products and services
- Handle calls professionally and uncover customer’s need for cross sell opportunities.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration within the dept.
Requirements:
- Degree holders/ Diploma holders with at least 2 years working experience
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Must possess good spoken English and ability to speak Chinese is a plus
- Must be customer oriented with a passion for service
- A people person with pleasant and bubbly personality
- Keen to work in banking line and a fast learner - able to master various bank's products.
- Must be prepared to work shifts on 24x7 in a contact centre environment.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
