Senior Manager - Corporate Relationship

Job Description:

• Acquire and nurture a list of corporations into the bank's partner companies offering a comprehensive

• bank's corporate staff scheme through switching of salary scheme, salary deduction scheme and/or panel

• of salary bank.

• Manage the corporate level relationships (at the level of CEO, CFO and HR Director) and to work with

• Account Manager to ensure smooth implementation of scheme for corporations.

• Responsible for the number and quality of corporations acquired and jointly responsible with the Account

• Manager for the number of employees acquired for each corporation.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a recognized degree with 3 to 8 years experience in a similar field of corporate relationship

• management, preferably come with good contacts with key executives of corporations.

• Independent, self-motivated, resourceful, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to pitch solutions to corporations at senior levels, including strong negotiation and closing

• deals skills.

• Experience in managing corporate relationship, particularly in engaging and networking with senior

• executives of corporations.

• Very result-oriented but able to work as a team.

• Good planning and organizing skills.

BASIC SALARY: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00
