Responsibilities : 
  • Managing of service management for the COE
  • Transition management for new services
  • Review current processes with line managers based on various process improvement methodologies including Six sigma, VOC etc.
  • Work with line managers in the implementation of the improvements and also with updating the service levels
  • Drive service improvements to resolve service issues.
  • Responsible for improving services on a year on year basis.
  • The service manager is expected to lead a team of up to 4 people with the following areas MIS & Process re-engineering
Requirements : 
  • Professional or tertiary qualification and related working experience.
