- Managing of service management for the COE
- Transition management for new services
- Review current processes with line managers based on various process improvement methodologies including Six sigma, VOC etc.
- Work with line managers in the implementation of the improvements and also with updating the service levels
- Drive service improvements to resolve service issues.
- Responsible for improving services on a year on year basis.
- The service manager is expected to lead a team of up to 4 people with the following areas MIS & Process re-engineering
- Professional or tertiary qualification and related working experience.
