Responsibilities : 
  • Provide recruitment services to ensure that organization growth is well supported by having the right candidates to fill vacancies within agreed SLA’s & in line with the HR Operating Framework.
  • Ensure that company policy is being exercised and applied in the area of Recruitment.
  • Effectively interface with 3rd party recruiters or other recruitment service providers where required. 
Requirements : 
  • University Degree
  • Sufficient experience in recruiting for the relevant business area (FMCG, Sales, Marketing or factory workers)
