SALARY : RM3200 + ALLOWANCE + INCENTIVE
- To achieve sales, distribution and trade marketing objectives by focusing on the right & high impact outlets within the designated area. Work closely with superior in executing plan and ensure concise communications on the business objectives and plans.
- Identify opportunities in the market to deliver brand building strategies, strategic market development planning & product assessment to achieve awareness and gain share of market.
- Develop and maintain a highly motivated and competent distributor's sales team by fostering a good working relationship with the sales team through regular field visitation, understanding their needs & providing appropriate supports.
- Maintain and update records on sales data, distribution analysis, merchandising records and other business related costs.
- Maintain & develop a mutually productive relationship with all assigned accounts
- Gather and analyze market intelligence and trade information to assist management in making a better decisions and strategizing programs for business growth.
- Possess Diploma / Professional qualification in Business Studies, Sales, Marketing or related field with at least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity.
- SPM holders with minimum 3 years of related working experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Preferably below 30 years of age.
- Possess a valid driving license / GDL.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Computer literate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who takes ownership to drive results.
- Mobility: prepared to be transferred and stationed nationwide.
