Responsibilities : 
  • To achieve sales, distribution and trade marketing objectives by focusing on the right & high impact outlets within the designated area. Work closely with superior in executing plan and ensure concise communications on the business objectives and plans.
  • Identify opportunities in the market to deliver brand building strategies, strategic market development planning & product assessment to achieve awareness and gain share of market.
  • Develop and maintain a highly motivated and competent distributor's sales team by fostering a good working relationship with the sales team through regular field visitation, understanding their needs & providing appropriate supports.
  • Maintain and update records on sales data, distribution analysis, merchandising records and other business related costs.
  • Maintain & develop a mutually productive relationship with all assigned accounts
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence and trade information to assist management in making a better decisions and strategizing programs for business growth.
Requirements : 
  • Possess Diploma / Professional qualification in Business Studies, Sales, Marketing or related field with at least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity.
  • SPM holders with minimum 3 years of related working experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably below 30 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driving license / GDL.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who takes ownership to drive results.
  • Mobility: prepared to be transferred and stationed nationwide.
