- Run regular forums for gathering system change requirements
- Input high level requirements and likely benefits to team activity plan for planning, prioritizing and budgeting process
- Maintain deep knowledge of system capabilities and external best practice for HRIS
Requirements :
- University degree
- Significative experience (5-7 years) in HR processes and systems within a multinational and multicultural company
- International mindset, full availability to travel, good communication and interpersonal skills, energy and a proactive approach
