Responsibilities:
• To co-ordinate, review and prepare Board papers, corporate proposals and any other matters at the request of the management
• To lead and/ or participate in the Commercial Services strategic projects which may lead to enhancement in the finance services delivery and/ or management reporting for decision making. Continuous innovation and improvements are required in providing solutions.
• To be responsible for the preparation of the company's financial valuation
• To participate in the preparation of the company's strategic plan as well as other corporate exercises.
• To perform regular benchmarking exercises against other best in class operators in the world as well as with other media players in Malaysia.
Requirements:
• At least 8-12 years working experience within corporate finance and/ or consulting services and possesses excellence business writing skill.
• Have extensive experience in corporate finance related assignments especially in the areas of financial valuation, modeling and analysis.
• High integrity and ethics, a commitment to excel, resourceful, and having a commercial acumen
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, planning, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.
