VACANCY : MEDICAL SALES REP

Responsibilities :

• Process of selling involves contacting potential customers, identifying their needs, closing the sale by agreeing the terms and conditions, and provides an after-sales service.

• Making presentations to doctors, pharmacists and nurses in hospital.

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administration staff.

• Keeping detailed records of all contacts and reaching or exceeding annual sales targets.

• Plan work schedules and daily and monthly itinerary. This involves working with the area sales team and area sales manager.

• Regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings

• Keeping up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations.

• Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.

• Working with team managers to plan how to approach contacts and creating effective business plans for making sales in a particular area

• Maintain an updated comprehensive and classified list hospitals and paramedical contacts.

• Responsible for attainment of the assigned territory’s sales budget.

• Regular reporting to sales manager and product manager of market intelligence.

• Maintain, cultivate and expand existing customers in line with company growth strategies.

• Gain maximum returns from company’s trade deals and promotions.

• Organize and conduct CME (Continuing Medical Education) activities to promote the specific product assigned

• Keeping up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals.

• 9 new vacancies (4 in KL, 2 in JB, 1 in Malacca, 1 in Kuching and 1 in Ipoh)

• This position reports to Sales Manager

• Must be Degree holder with Science b/ground or equivalent

• Min 2 yrs experience in pharma sales

• Must be willing to travel

• Salary: RM3,500.00 (Basic)

• Transport Allowance/monthly: RM1,000.00 (KL based), RM950.00 (others)

• Phone Allowance/monthly: RM130.00

• Toll, parking, accomodation for outstation travelling, etc are on reimbursable basis

• 1 month contractual bonus

• 16% EPF for Employer
