Responsibilities :
Primarily responsible for developing & maintaining the performance management reporting environment, participate in re-engineering projects with a major impact on performance measurement and advice the senior-and middle managers on the KPI analysis performed.
Requirements :
• Higher professional education or equivalent by experienceSystem knowledge: Valid experience within the service lines is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience as a performance / business analyst
• Good knowledge of SAP, Oracle, J.D. Edwards, Doxis, NBR and SIR applications a.o., SQL server , Microsoft Visual Studio and data extraction tools like Oracle Discoverer and Business Objects
• PC skills: excellent knowledge of Excel and Access. Good skills of Word and Powerpoint
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good written and verbal English proficiency
