VACANCY : BILLING MANAGER

Responsibilities :

• Plan, manage and control cost-effective production of timely, complete and correct billing documents and files so that unbilled revenue and costs to correct produced
• documents is minimized and the collections activities can be executed with a minimum of queries and customer complaints.
• Provide the SL-manager with input for forecasting and budgeting.
• Manage and control the budget and Annual Operating Plan.
• Select, coach, develop and evaluate direct reports.
• Integrate service orientation in all areas of work.
• Manage the people, processes and tools within the own team to ensure the execution of billing in accordance with SLA’s, while aiming to achieve optimal cost and the strategic objectives for the billing operation.
• Recommend process, tools and organization improvements to the Billing-AR SLmanager, and implement according to the guidelines set by the senior.
• Ensure proper reporting (e.g. on performance) of the department.
• Lead and contribute to ensure successful roll-out of yearly GPI.
• Build and maintain a good relationship with key stakeholders at country, regional and global level to ensure cooperation.
• Act as a horizontal back up for Senior Manager.
• Contribute in outlining strategic plans.
• Contribute as a “Business Expert” in local/regional/global projects.
• Process owner in daily operations and projects.
• Follow-up projects in order to make correct management decisions.

Requirements :

• Degree Holder or equivalent
• 5 years experience in a finance environment, preferably in a comparable position in a similar Shared Service Center.
• 2 years managerial experience with excellent leadership skills.
