VACANCY : FACILITIES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• To supervise and responsible for the proper maintenance of electrical facilities in the yard
• To implement safe and efficient operation of the plant facilities including installation, modification and construction activities
• Responsible for the installation and maintenance of key mechanical equipment in the yard
• Ensure the maintenance of company’s property in accordance with defined standards
• Liaising with government authorities for certificate of fitness to be approved
• Ensure yard equipment are well maintain to meet set production target and plants
• To ensure the effectiveness of administration, employee services and housekeeping services at all times
• To develop and upgrade security system, to manage and provide efficiently maintain the facilities
• To ensure the effectiveness of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) programs and implementation
• To ensure all programs and activities at yard run smoothly and with better control
• Specialized duties in testing, servicing, repairing and performing preventive maintenance of facility and fire fighting equipment
• Wiring projects and troubleshooting electrical fault and weekly recording electrical panel data
• Ensure the yard to continue with minimum downtime such as , chillers unit, AHU unit
• Ensure the yard to continue with minimum downtime such as air compressor, pa system, water tank, fire fighting system
• In charge general maintenance on all utility machines
• Record data every 2 hours to ensure no major problems arise

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree or any field.
• Strong knowledge and interest in the Energy Sector / Oil and Gas
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Team working, combined with people management skills and vision.
• At least 8 to 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
• Experience in Oil & Gas (yard management facilities) will be an added advantage
