Responsibilities:
• Administer records related to customer systems for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and currency of records.
• Engage with various internal parties (e.g. Sales staff, customer service teams) for review of customer information.
• Provide scheduled/ad-hoc report requests.
• Provide regular feedback on cleansing progress and results.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English.
• Strong commitment, dedicated, action oriented, drive for result, team player, excellent communication, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• An eye for details; able to work according to schedule and be results oriented.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
