Responsibilities:
• Communicate pick up bookings expeditiously to bikers/drivers 
• To be responsible to ensure all consignments are picked up/delivered on time 
• To manage the handing over and taking over of mobile worker daily 
• Coordinate with Customer Services / bikers/drivers/ customers to resolve pick up problems 
• To monitor the premium consignments to ensure timely deliver as per the commitment 
• Continue to analyse the existing pick up/delivery in order to further optimize the route for efficient planning 
• Update and monitor standard pick ups
Requirements:
• Minimum SPM or equivalent 
• Experience in Booking system and Track & Trace system 
• A strong customer service and customer relationship orientation. 
• Ability to work under pressure and provide appropriate constructive feedbacks for improvements 
• Ability to deal with queries tactfully and constructively. 
• An assertive character, displaying empathy and leadership
