Responsibilities:
• To ease customers in contacting the company i.e. to achieve the company standards of 90% of all calls answered within 10 sec and 100% within 20 sec and minimise lost calls.
• To handle walk-in cash customers, account holder and consignment collection customers.
• Receive and record all courier material on behalf of internal customers.
• To ensure the cash sales / connotes are done accordingly without discrepancy.
• To report and submit the report in a weekly basis.
• To ensure timely and accuracy of data entry and submit the report in a weekly basis.
• To ensure correct rates are billed to walk-in customers and that cash together with cash sales report are submitted timely and accurately to the AP Ops Exec.
• To ensure correct cash float in petty cash box at all times.
• To ensure consignments from walk-in cash customers are handed over to Warehouse staff on a timely manner
• To ensure all daily petty cash report and cash count sheet are compiled and verified.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma holder
• 1 year experience in customer service dept in a medium to large company
• 1 year experience in admin related reports.
• Fluent usage of Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Fluent in English language both verbal and written
