Responsibilities:
• To generate KPI reports for Projects and Express consignments.
• To manage e-mails coming into Operations on a timely manner (without further escalation)
• To reply e-mails on behalf of Ops team pertaining to problem shipment or complaint/enquiry within a reasonable time frame to avoid further escalation of e-mails
• To support the role in handing over consignments for delivery, and to perform debrief
• To support administrative task
• To assist the supervisor as directed from time to time
Requirements:
• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in generating report on Excel & Access formats
• Call Handling Experience
• Good Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
• Communication skills – verbal and written: communicates professionally and effectively
