Responsibilities :
• To ensure that Retail Outlet is running smoothly & efficiently and revenue target of store is met through the proper implementation of programs, quality customer service, and giving feedback to retail supervisor.
• Implement standardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance.
• Undertakes any assignment/special project as determined by the Retail Manager
• Conduct cash reconciliation reports and cash/credit card transactions of retail outlet
• Maintain retail outlet Cash shipment data
• Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office
• Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.
• Implement store hours
• Be committed to quality customer service by being properly groomed with low absenteeism, low in tardiness at all times.
Requirements :
• Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years experience in frontline customer service
• 2 years experience in marketing or sales
• Communication skills, spoken and written (fluent)
