Responsibilities:
• Annual tax reporting, reports and submission process for all entities
• Proper processes are in place to ensure the smooth running of the monthly payroll.
• Prepare pay slips for all employees and reconciliation of error payouts.
• Ensure that changes to claims and benefits payout formulas are captured and changed accordingly in the system.
• Complete monthly, quarterly and year end payroll reporting including total compensation reports.
• Provide payroll related information for internal and external audits.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements :
• Minimum GCE \O level and above with at least 2 years of experience in payroll processing/accounting.
• Knowledge of statutory regulations, statutory contributions, and Tax laws is an added advantage.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel applications.
• Willing to work long hours
