Accounts Executive – General Ledger and Reporting

Responsibilities:

• To liaise with internal auditors
• To liaise with business partner(s) on SLA recharge
• To liaise with external auditors
• Perform GL journal entries
• Month-end closing – Prepare general month end ledger reports
• Monitor daily bank statements
• Perform daily transitory accounts clearing and monthly bank reconciliation
• CREST reporting
• Prepare audit and tax schedule
• Perform fixed asset capitalization, disposal, transfer and retirement
• Generate monthly fixed asset reports
• Ensure monthly SLA recharges are issued on timely and accurately.
• Perform monthly inter-company reconciliations and confirmation

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent (preferable)
• 2 year working experience, preferably in finance accounting field
• Experience with SAP is also a plus point
• Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Good communication skills in English both oral and written.
• Good analytical skills
