Responsibilities:
• Attend to e-mails from customers on billing queries e.g. invoice request, change of contact details, etc.
• Attend to e-mails from customer on Billing charges
• Respond to customer directly if case can be resolved at the Query level
• Redirect query to relevant party e.g. Query team, Local Billing Team, team in Japan if case cannot be resolved at the Query level.
• Update record in Shared Service Centre performance indicator as well as Japan performance indicator
Requirements :
• Minimum ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Minimum JLPT 3 Japanese Language Capability
• Minimum one year experience, preferably in finance and accounting
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Software skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Competent in using the various accounting systems such as SAP, Cruise, IBS, PC DOC, GDI, etc.
