Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

To provide services at the reception desk which will include operating the PABX telephone system, welcoming visitors and assist in other administrative and clerical support for Corporate Affairs Department.

Requirements:

• SPM/STPM with strong credits in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia. Those with Diploma/Certificate in related field are encouraged to apply
• Applicants with experience in customer service will be an added advantage
• Able to operate audio and PA system and acquire basic photography skills
• Fast learner, self-motivated and willing to strive for achievement
• Computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Office applications)
• Able to interact with people at all levels and possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Malaysian citizen age between 21 to 25 years old
